Administrative Case Managers assist an individual access and understand available benefits.  The Administrative Case Manager will provide direction and assistance, if needed, in applying for or continuing;

Medicare

Food Stamps

Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs

Vocational Programs

Section 8 housing

Bucks County Transport programs

For individuals who are already receiving services at Lenape Valley Foundation, a referral to administrative case management may be facilitated by consultation with their psychiatrist, therapist or any member of the Lenape Valley Foundation team.
