Benefits Overview

Lenape Valley Foundation provides a benefits package for both full-time and part-time employees (if you’re part-time, benefits will vary depending on how many hours you work per week). There is a waiting period upon hire before employees are eligible to receive or use benefits.  

LVF’s Employee Benefit Package may change as circumstances warrant.  Employees will be notified of such changes in writing.  Benefits are listed only as an sample of benefits available, and is not a contract between LVF and any prospective staff.  Any changes or modifications must be in writing and signed by the CEO. All inquiries regarding Employee Benefits should be directed to Human Resources.
