Medical Director (Full Time)
Provide leadership to the clinical services of Lenape Valley Foundation. Duties involve oversight and evaluation of psychiatrists, direct client care for adults and children including assessments, medication management, case review, etc. Candidate must be Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist with 5 years of experience. Management experience is preferred. Current PA Medical License required. Must possess valid DEA certificate number.
Senior Supports Coordinator (Full Time) (Applicable to current LVF employees only.)
The Senior Supports Coordinator will work with individuals and families who have requested access to services within the intellectual disability service system and who have gone through an intake procedure validating eligibility for these services. Support Coordinators are responsible for collecting information about the individual’s needs and preferences, identifying relevant services and supports, facilitating connections to those services and supports, and monitoring the individual’s circumstances and changing needs over time. The individual’s health and welfare is the primary focus. The Senior Supports Coordinator will carry a caseload of 15-20 individuals. In addition to maintaining this caseload as per ODP regulation the Senior Supports Coordinator will act as a mentor to SC colleagues, as requested by those colleagues, and as assigned by a SC Supervisor. A Bachelor’s degree, which is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social science is required. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supports Coordinator. Must have ability to consistently write an ISP as regulated by ODP. Ability to manage a caseload as per AE Operating Agreement Requirements. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Buck and surrounding counties. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task, work in a team environment, and use email and windows based software to document and manage work.
Driver (Part-Time)
Responsible for the safe and timely door-to-door transportation service for LVF consumers. Prior experience transporting individuals. High School diploma or GED; valid Pennsylvania driver's license and must have a good 10 year driving history is required.
Certified Peer Specialist (Fee for Service)
Provide peer services to consumers. Individual and group work possible. CPS and a valid driver’s license required.
Outpatient Therapist (Fee for Service)
Provide individual and family therapy and complete all necessary documentation. Master’s Degree in Mental Health field required. Must have a valid PA clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Lic. Psy). Experience with children and adolescents and experience with co-occurring disorders preferred. Fee for Service must work at least 10 hours per week, including evenings or Saturdays.
Acute Partial Hospital Therapist (As needed PRN, hours vary)
On-call Therapist for Acute Partial Hospital program. Daytime hours between 8 AM and 4 PM. Master’s degree in Pysch or Counseling required. Experience facilitating group therapy and documentation preferred.
Evening Transitional Outpatient Therapist (Part Time-Mon, Wed, Thurs 5 PM to 8:30 PM)
Facilitate evening Transitional Outpatient 90 minute group three (3) evenings per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (5:00 PM to 8:30 PM). Licensed LPC, LCSW, Pys.D. required. Experience facilitating group therapy required. Credentialed with commercial insurance preferred. Co-occurring experience a plus.
Resident Advisor (Full Time PRN & NOC, sleep over night shifts available)
(Sun 9:00pm – 8:00am to Thurs 9:00pm – 8:00am and Sat 9:00pm – 9:00am)
BS/BA degree in Psychology or related field, 1-2 years experience and valid PA Driver’s License required.
PRN – Work in a Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation setting for 14 residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with life skill goals, management of conflicts and providing general support.
NOC – Remain at the program during overnight sleeping hours and be available to respond to any resident issue.
LOWER BUCKS ACUTE CARE CENTER/BRISTOL
Crisis Worker (Part time, includes overnights, weekends, on-call, holiday)
Performs level of care assessments and arranges appropriate treatment. Processes applications for involuntary commitments and arranges emergency psychiatric evaluations as needed. Answers crisis calls providing triage, support, information and referral. Bachelor’s Degree or 12 credits in related field required
Security (Full Time)
Attend assigned areas within the Acute Care center in order to maintain the safety and security of the center. Protect the property of the center and the safety of people in the building. Provide guidance to clients as necessary. Complete data entry. Two years related work experience in security, law enforcement, or military police as well as a high school diploma required or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Good communications skills and must be able to stand for long periods of time if necessary. Ability to respond quickly in an emergency. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Peer Support (Part Time)
Provide support to clients in our Senior Empowerment for Life Fulfillment program by sharing your story of recovery from a mental health diagnoses. High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer literacy and ability to document contact with clients required. Candidate will be self-identified as recovering from a mental health diagnoses. Some higher education or experience in a social service setting is a plus.
LEVITTOWN
Resident Aide (Full Time and PRN available)
Monitor residents, assist residents in discussion, planning, and problem solving related to his/her needs, monitor and dispense medication, complete shift documentation, provide transportation to appointments and activities, and some light cleaning. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field or related experience required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience using a MS Office on a Windows-based computer preferred.
BUCKS COUNTY (must have ability to travel to clients and valid driver’s license)
Therapeutic Staff Support (Fee For Service)
AA or BA Degree, or 60 credits towards a Bachelors Degree; one year full-time paid, direct work experience with children or adolescents; willing to work evening hours Monday through Saturday if required; willing to work throughout Bucks County; must attend supervision and trainings as required; preference given to those with a TSS Certificate and/or experience working with children with Autism Diagnosis; Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance; valid drivers license.
Behavioral Specialist Consultant (Fee For Service)
Master's, PH.D, and/or BCBA in a clinical discipline; Psychology, Behavioral Analyst ; preference given to candidates credentialed, licensed, or certified as a Behavioral Specialist; Two+ years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health or behavioral health setting; Demonstrated skill in writing FBA's; experience/training in behavior modification techniques with children diagnosed ASD; willingness to work evenings Monday through Saturday if required; ability to work throughout Bucks County; must attend supervision and trainings as required; Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance; valid driver’s license.
Mobile Therapist (Fee For Service)

Psychologist (Fee For Service)
Fee for Service Psychologist will complete five Axis’ evaluations for children in the BHRS program following a Life Domain format. Licensed Masters or Ph.D level Psychologist required. Previous experience completing children’s evaluations required. Familiarity with Life Domain format and BHRS services required. Previous work experience within a BHRS program and/or working with a Care Management Organization. Familiar with CASSP principals.
