The Forsythia House

 

 

The Forsythia House is a residential supportive living program located in Levittown, PA. The program is designed to accommodate the needs of individuals being discharged or diverted from Norristown State Hospital. The program provides 24/7 support staff, on-site case management, on-site peer support services, and transportation.

 

Education and training are available in the following areas:

• Medication management
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Laundry
• Personal hygiene
• Shopping
• Use of public transportation
• Use of social services (welfare, social security, etc)
• Use of community services (banks, libraries, recreation centers, etc)
