Intellectual Disabilities

 

Mental Retardation Supports Coordination is designed to assist individuals and their families in assessing current needs, developing Individual Support Plans, obtaining services and supports, locating, coordinating and monitoring those supports and services. Eligibility for MR services is based on a diagnosis of Mental Retardation prior to the age of 22.
