Outpatient Services

Do you struggle with relationships?

Is anxiety your constant companion?

Are you feeling so low that it’s hard to function the way you’d like?

Do you sometimes feel highly suspicious of others, or even paranoid?

Do you struggle with an addiction along with mental health issues?

Do you have difficulty controlling impulsive behavior?

Are you coping with loss and grief?

Lenape Valley Foundation’s Outpatient Department can help you or a loved one address these concerns and many others. We offer individual, family, and group therapy.  Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners are available to evaluate the need for medications and to prescribe and monitor the client’s response to them.

Our view is that anyone with mental health issues can recover and lead a more satisfying life. The client is in the driver’s seat to control what the goals of treatment should be, and he or she will work with the therapist and/or doctor to determine how best to reach those goals. The clinician is here as a guide in the journey toward recovery.

We serve people from all walks of life, and our staff members have a wide range of training and expertise to address a variety of concerns. We have clinicians who specialize in treating family issues, depression, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, and anger issues. Others work with the elderly, with victims of trauma and abuse, or with those who have suffered a loss.
