REFERRAL PROCESS
Lenape Valley Foundation residential programs (and all county funded mental health residential program in Bucks county) are not able to accept direct referrals. Referrals are made by completing the Bucks County Adult Centralized Residential Referral Form, linked below. This referral form is sent to the county for review. The county then forwards the referral on to residential programs within the county that might be a good fit for the individual’s unique needs. This can often be a lengthy process.
