Mental Health Services
Blended Case Management
Blended Case Management (BCM) services are designed to assist Bucks County residents, age 3 and older, with serious mental health issues to obtain needed mental health, medical, social, financial, vocational, educational and other necessary supports to maintain maximum family and community functioning.
Intensive Behavioral Health Services
Lenape Valley Foundation’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (formerly BHRS) are delivered by a team of skilled specialists. Services are prescribed based on the needs of the child and family.
Outpatient Services for Children & Families
We offer individual therapy for children and adolescents, and welcome the involvement of other members of the family to help with meeting goals in their daily life. Our child psychiatrists are available to evaluate whether there is a need for medications and to prescribe and monitor their effectiveness. We also offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents aged 14-17 years.
Residential Services Unit
The Residential Services Unit (RSU) is a 20 bed non-secured residential program licensed by the Department of Public Welfare and operated by the Bucks County Youth Center. The program has been in operation since 1998 and provides services for both male and female youth who are involved in the criminal justice system.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy is an evidence-based practice of talking therapy for people seeking immediate change. The focus is on building upon current strengths and reaching goals. Sessions will concentrate on addressing the present and the future, not the past. This therapy promotes work outside of sessions and explores new ways to overcome challenges.
