Undergraduate Student Internships

We welcome undergraduate students to apply to the following programs:

Billing Department

Eligibility to Apply:

  • Must currently be enrolled in a billing and coding program from any accredited college or technical school.
  • The total number of hours required for the internship is determined by the school.
  • Schedule is based on student’s availability to complete required hours.

Blended Case Management- BCM

BCM is a mobile service designed to assist children, youth, and adults with serious mental health issues, to obtain needed mental health, medical, social, financial, vocational, educational and other necessary supports to maintain maximum independence and community functioning.

Eligibility to Apply:

  • Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Bachelor’s level candidates will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Must be able to work minimum 15 hours per week on site.
  • Duration of assignment is at least two semesters.

Intellectual Disabilities

The Intellectual Disabilities Department is a mobile service that offers Supports Coordination to individuals with a diagnosis of an intellectual disability and those diagnosed with autism.  This service is designed to assist in locating, coordinating, and monitoring services while promoting the principles of Everyday Lives.

Eligibility to Apply:

  • Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must be able to work minimum 15 hours per week on site.
  • Duration of assignment is at least two semesters.

Intensive Behavioral Health Services – IBHS

IBHS are mobile services designed to provide a broad network of support for families of children age 3 to 21, who struggle with mental and behavioral health challenges.  The IBHS team consists of clinicians who provide service in the home, office, schools, and the community.  The goal of IBHS is to develop positive behavior management strategies, increase coping skills, stabilize family functioning, and help each client achieve success.

Eligibility to Apply:

  • Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must be able to work minimum 15 hours per week on site.
  • Duration of assignment is at least two semesters.
