LVF Names New Board Officers and Member

LVF is pleased to announce the following appointment of officers.

Lisa Policare, MBA of New Hope, PA, has been named LVF Board President. A Founding Partner of Penn Wealth Planning, LLC and a Professional Financial Consultant, Ms. Policare provides services to clients seeking a comprehensive and disciplined approach to managing their finances by developing customized strategies designed with the goal to effectively balance income, growth and risk.

Mark Strasburg of Doylestown, PA, has been named LVF Board Vice President. Mr. Strasburg is President of Tri-County Printers, Ltd. Tri-County is a full-service, commercial printer located in suburban Philadelphia offering design, pre-press, printing, bindery and mailing services to commercial customers.

Scott E. Marshall, CFP ® of Pipersville, PA, has been named LVF Board Treasurer. President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall Grezlak, Inc., Mr. Marshall is a Registered Principal and Investment Advisory Representative with Cambridge Investment Research Advisors. He is a long time member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Financial Services Institute (FSI).

Kellie A. McGowan, Esq. of Furlong, PA, has been named LVF Board Secretary. A Partner in Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP’s Business and Finance Department, Ms. McGowan heads the suburban real estate team. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, financing, zoning and land use matters.

LVF has also named Joseph J. Nolan, P.E. of New Britain, PA, as a new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nolan, President of CKS Engineers, Inc. is an experienced engineering consultant to numerous municipalities and municipal utility authorities in Bucks, Montgomery and Chester Counties. He has served as a municipal zoning officer and has been responsible for the design, bidding and construction of municipal and publics works projects including parks, trail systems, bridges, road improvements and stormwater facilities.
