Lenape Welcomes Two Members to Its Board of Directors

Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Strasburg and Lisa A. Bothwell, Esq. to its Board of Directors. Bothwell and Strasburg bring professional expertise, leadership, and deep community involvement to further strengthen LVF’s mission to serve individuals and families in Bucks County and beyond.

Mark Strasburg rejoins the Board after previously serving for ten years, beginning in 2012. He is the owner of Tri-County Printers in Oreland and brings extensive business experience along with a longstanding commitment to community engagement. During his prior tenure, Strasburg supported key strategic initiatives and championed  LVF’s marketing and fundraising efforts.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark back to the Board,” said Dave Herold, CEO of Lenape Valley Foundation. “His leadership, business insight, and passion for serving our community will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”

LVF also welcomes Lisa A. Bothwell, Esq., a partner in the Business & Finance practice group at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP. Bothwell is an accomplished corporate attorney whose experience includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, business succession planning, joint ventures, and nonprofit law. She is widely recognized as a strategic, solutions-oriented advisor.

“Lisa’s legal expertise, strategic thinking, and commitment to community service make her an outstanding addition to our Board,” said Herold. “Her experience advising both businesses and nonprofits through complex matters will greatly benefit LVF as we continue advancing our mission.”

With the addition of Strasburg and Bothwell, Lenape Valley Foundation continues to strengthen its governance and reinforce its commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disability services to people of all ages across the region.
