LVF Announces New COO
Doylestown, Pa. July 17, 2023 – Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF), a nonprofit behavioral health organization that helps over 14,000 people each year, announces that Kristopher Thompson has been named chief operating officer.
Kristopher Thompson previously held the position of associate executive director of crisis services and has been an employee of LVF since 2002. As chief operating officer, Thompson will oversee the delivery of clinical services in the crisis, mobile and outpatient programs, in addition to its facilities and IT operations. He is a licensed clinical social worker, served as co-chair of the Bucks County Suicide Prevention Taskforce, and is a board member for the Crisis Residential Association. Thompson steps into this role after the retirement of Marjorie Morgan, former chief operating officer and employee of LVF for over 25 years.
Lenape Valley Foundation provides more than 35 programs aimed at addressing mental and behavioral health, early intervention services, and intellectual disability support.
