Doylestown, Pa. July 17, 2023 – Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF), a nonprofit behavioral health organization that helps over 14,000 people each year, announces that Kristopher Thompson has been named chief operating officer, and Carlo Candalla has been named chief financial officer.

Kristopher Thompson previously held the position of associate executive director of crisis services and has been an employee of LVF since 2002.  As chief operating officer, Thompson will oversee the delivery of clinical services in the crisis, mobile and outpatient programs, in addition to its facilities and IT operations. He previously served as chief financial officer of Wedge Medical Center in Philadelphia and is also an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce University. Candalla holds a master’s in business administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
