Mental Health First Aid Summer Series

Do you know someone who is struggling with a mental health or substance use challenge?
Do you want to be prepared to support a loved one during a difficult time?
Do you want to help someone struggling but unsure where to start?

If so, consider signing up for an upcoming Mental Health First Aid session!

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and how to offer and provide initial help and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary.

All sessions  require both online self-paced pre-work and active participation in an instructor-led session. Instructor-led sessions are scheduled 9:00 am to 3:00pm and offered in either via Zoom or in-person in Doylestown.
