Donors Help Spread Holiday Cheer to 450+ People

Lenape Valley Foundation Spreads Holiday Cheer to More than 450 People

Doylestown, PA, January 4, 2021 – Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) helped to make the holidays much brighter for those in need this holiday season.  Through its annual Holiday Assistance Program, LVF distributed thousands of holiday gifts to more than 450 community members.

Generous individuals, groups and businesses “adopted” individuals and families in need during the holidays by purchasing gifts for them. Thousands of gifts were delivered to these families in time for the holidays.

For 62 years, Lenape Valley Foundation has partnered with residents of Bucks County encountering mental health, substance use, intellectual or developmental challenges, providing services to assist them in the pursuit of their personal aspirations and an enhanced quality of life.  Lenape Valley Foundation is a private, not-for-profit provider of crisis, information and referral, treatment, case management, residential, consultation, and psycho-educational services.

To inquire about “adopting” or donating to the Holiday Assistance Program in the future, please call 267-893-5280 or email suzanne.rhodeside@lenapevf.org.  For information regarding Lenape Valley Foundation and its services, please visit www.lenapevf.org or call 215-345-5300.
