Donors Needed for LVF’s Holiday Assistance Program

While holiday time is one that is supposed to be filled with joy and happiness, that is not the case for many of our friends and neighbors in Bucks County.  Lenape Valley Foundation  hopes to help make the holidays a little brighter for those in need through its Holiday Assistance Program, an annual effort organized by volunteers.  Last year, the Holiday Assistance Program helped close to 500 people. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, LVF expects a greater need than ever before.

This year, LVF is seeking individuals, groups and companies to help those in need by “adopting” individuals and/or families to offer them some joy over the holidays.  Once a company/individual agrees to “adopt,” a wish list will be provided.  By purchasing gifts for these individuals, donors are doing a great service to others in the community. All those benefitting from this program are receiving services through Lenape Valley Foundation.

To reduce package handling during COVID-19, wrapped gifts are preferred. If you are unable to purchase gifts, monetary donations can be made at www.lenapevf.org/holidaydonation. For more information or to download a donor form, please visit LVF Holiday Assistance Program.
